Office History
Over 40 Years
Our firm was founded in 1983 by Lin Tzu-sen and has continued to grow since. In 2006, Lin Po-yu joined, forming the joint firm of T.S. Lin & P.Y. Lin Architects & Associates. Later, in 2024, Lin Po-han joined, establishing SEN+.
Over the past four decades, we have advanced in the field of architecture, consistently striving for innovation and breakthroughs. By not confining ourselves and accumulating and passing on experience, we explore various interpretations of design in our pursuit of excellence.
We are committed to addressing environmental concerns, sustainability, and social responsibility through our designs, responding to climate change, energy efficiency, and the utilization of local resources.

Our firm was founded in 1983 by Lin Tzu-sen and has continued to grow since. In 2006, Lin Po-yu joined, forming the joint firm of T.S. Lin & P.Y. Lin Architects & Associates. Later, in 2024, Lin Po-han joined, establishing SEN+.

To date, the firm has completed over 2,000 projects, spanning a diverse range of architectural types including residential, office, commercial, cultural, religious, educational, and warehousing facilities.
2023: Completed multiple residential development projects, enhancing the quality of local communities.
2020: Began involvement in international sustainable architecture projects, promoting the development of green buildings.
2013: Completed the architectural and façade design for the ‘Kingdom Hotel’.
2013: Completed the ‘One Fine Garden’ residential development project.
1983: The firm was established in 1983 in the Qianjin district of Kaohsiung City.
