Founded in 1983 by Architect T. S. Lin, our firm was laid on solid foundations. In 2006, Architect Pei-Yu Lin joined, forming the 'T. S. Lin and Pei-Yu Lin Architectural Partnership', nurturing the architectural field for over four decades.

In 2024, with the addition of Architect Bo-Han Lin, a new generation's perspective was infused into the team, prompting the firm’s reorganization and renaming to SEN+.

This rebranding establishes our team-centric value system. 'SEN' from Founder Architect T. S. Lin's name symbolizes our roots and original intent; its composition of three 'wood' characters represents the firm’s assembly of talented professionals akin to a thriving forest – a powerful, collaborative team structure. The '+' signifies the synergy of over four decades of substantial practical experience and innovative thought, showcasing our comprehensive ability to address intricate architectural challenges.

To date, the SEN+ team has completed over 2,000 projects, encompassing a diverse range of building types including residential, office, commercial, cultural, religious, educational, and warehousing architecture.
