This project is situated at the heart of the Kaohsiung Asia New Bay Area and primarily comprises standalone and semi-detached villas. With its independent street blocks, it naturally becomes a focal point amidst the alleys. To ensure the architecture stands out within the entire block, the exterior employs a base of black metal tiles, complemented by innovative materials such as white thin panels and coatings to delineate the framework. Additionally, large floor-to-ceiling windows simplify the overall massing, seamlessly integrating the interior with the outdoor landscape through its design.
