The site is adjacent to the Kaohsiung City Multifunctional Economic and Trade Park, strategically located along major transportation routes and facing the entrance of the harbor. This development project plans to construct an innovative and premier residential building with a distinct maritime imagery and global vision. It aims to align with local characteristics and enhance developers' requirements for residential safety.
The site is categorized as a type four residential zone, flanked by Zhonghua Road on one side, characterized by its elongated shape, approximately 48 meters in width and 100 meters in depth. The building design encompasses 28 floors above ground and 3 underground levels, allowing for expansive front and rear gardens, thus creating a purely residential environment. Design objectives include the representation of modern form, ecological environmental consideration, creation of artistic aesthetics, and enhancement of living functions.
Design concepts include fostering positive interaction between the site and community, crafting a strong architectural impression, and exhibiting artistic aesthetics and the texture of modern forms. The architectural appearance employs a minimalist style complemented by extensive glass designs. The space planning, characterized by the 'one room, one life' concept, breaks traditional norms and uses an arc design to minimize space wastage. The building's façade presents a sail shape, using black and white INAX tiles from Japan with four-corner arc floor-to-ceiling glass combinations, fully expressing maritime imagery and strong color contrast.
