Located within the New Bay Area Project of Kaohsiung, this design diverges from the conventional approach of a residential building by beginning with a flat plan; instead, it adopts a simultaneous manipulation of volume and plan to experiment with innovative design solutions. This approach aims to create an intriguing image for the residential complex, potentially establishing it as a local landmark. Within the site, a large circular mirrored water feature is incorporated into the open space. Functionally, it acts as an invisible boundary, and psychologically, it serves as a transition space that buffers residents from the external bustle.
