Located in the Sanmin District of Kaohsiung City, the Lao Xin Taiwanese Cuisine Shiquan Restaurant embodies the core spirit of the brand, 'Traditional Taiwanese Cuisine, New Taste,' by blending traditional culinary culture with contemporary spatial language. The interior design employs warm wood textures, vintage furniture, and refined lighting to create an elegant atmosphere. The interplay of antique elements with modern lines provides a dining experience where time appears to intertwine.

The floor plan accommodates both a grand banquet hall and private dining suites, with a fluid layout to meet diverse needs such as wedding banquets, social gatherings, and chef's choice menus. The open reception area and the restaurant's core spaces utilize materials and light transitions to enhance layers and a sense of ceremony. This project serves not only as a dining venue but also as a medium that encapsulates cultural memory and reflects the brand's narrative.
