Landscape Design

A centrally located serviced residential building, adjacent to a bustling commercial district, standing a remarkable 100 meters tall. In its overall architectural form, we discard traditional facade design, opting instead for a layer-clad approach aimed at enhancing the building's cohesion and fluidity. Moreover, to avoid discrepancies between nighttime lighting and the building's exterior, the lighting design is seamlessly integrated into the architectural language, ensuring a harmonious effect both day and night. Public amenities are strategically situated on the 4th floor and the topmost level, distinguishing between indoor and outdoor facilities, while incorporating landscape design elements by blending with the rooftop exterior spaces, thereby creating semi-indoor and outdoor environments that elevate the spatial quality.
