Utilizing clearly defined forms and a low-color facade vocabulary, it creates a calm and modern urban residential image. The architecture consists of twin towers with 15 stories above ground and 3 underground, featuring a configuration of six units per floor with two elevators, ensuring privacy and efficiency in use.

The structure employs the Alfa Safe seismic system technique, complemented by high anti-permeability concrete and a multi-layered exterior wall to enhance safety and weather resistance.
